By using bloomesupplements.com or buying from us, you agree to the following. Last updated May 6, 2026.
1. Buying from us
When you place an order you’re agreeing to pay the price shown at checkout. Prices are in US dollars and exclusive of state taxes unless otherwise noted. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. By submitting payment details you confirm you are the authorized user of the payment method.
2. Subscribe & Save — auto-renewal terms
This is a recurring subscription. When you sign up for Subscribe & Save you are entering into a continuous agreement that will renew and bill automatically until you cancel. Read this section carefully — by checking out with a Subscribe & Save plan you are providing express informed consent to the following:
- What you’re buying: A 30-day supply of the selected Bloome product, shipped on a recurring 30-day cadence.
- How much it costs: The discounted subscription price displayed at the moment of sign-up (currently 15% off the standard one-time price). This price will be charged every 30 days. Bloome reserves the right to change the subscription price for future renewals; we will email you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect.
- How long it lasts: Indefinitely — until you cancel. There is no minimum-term commitment.
- How you cancel: Log in to account.bloomesupplements.com, open “Subscriptions,” and click “Cancel.” That’s the entire process — no phone call, no chat required, no fee. Cancellation takes effect immediately. If you prefer email, write to support@bloomesupplements.com and we’ll cancel within 1 business day.
- How you skip or pause: The same customer account lets you skip a single delivery, push the next bill date back, or change cadence (for example to every 45 or 60 days) — also one-click, no fee.
- Renewal reminders: We email you 3 days before each scheduled renewal so you have time to skip, change, or cancel before being billed.
- Refund on auto-renewals: If your card is charged and you didn’t mean to renew, email us within 14 days of the charge and we’ll refund that order in full — even if shipped.
This section is provided to comply with the FTC’s Negative-Option Rule and state auto-renewal laws (including California Auto Renewal Law, Oregon SB 1535, New York General Obligations Law § 5-903 and Vermont 9 V.S.A. § 2454a). If you live in a jurisdiction with stronger consumer protections we honor those.
3. 30-day money-back guarantee
Every first-time order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If Bloome doesn’t work for you, email support@bloomesupplements.com within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the order — including opened bottles. You don’t need to ship anything back. See our returns page for full details.
4. Chargebacks
We’d much rather refund you directly than fight a chargeback. If something is wrong with your order — wrong product, lost package, you forgot to cancel a subscription — please email us first. We respond within 24 hours and will resolve the issue without you needing to involve your card issuer. Filing a chargeback before contacting us delays your refund and incurs a bank fee we’d rather spend on better ingredients.
5. Health disclaimer
Bloome supplements are dietary supplements, not medications. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication, or have a medical condition (including but not limited to gallbladder disease, kidney disease, or hormonal disorders), consult your physician before starting any new supplement.
Bloome is not a substitute for medical care. If you have a serious medical condition, please see a licensed healthcare provider.
6. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to buy from Bloome. By placing an order you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you’ve provided is accurate.
7. Shipping & risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. See our shipping page for delivery windows and lost-package handling. Free standard shipping on every US order, no minimum spend.
8. Intellectual property
All content on bloomesupplements.com — including text, photography, logos, and product names — is owned by Bloome Wellness Ltd. or licensed to it. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use it for commercial purposes without our written consent.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloome’s total liability arising out of or in connection with your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (such as gross negligence or intentional misconduct).
10. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith via email at support@bloomesupplements.com. If we can’t resolve the issue within 30 days, the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration in Delaware under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in any class action; disputes must be brought individually.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. We’ll email subscribers if anything material changes (especially around subscription pricing or auto-renewal mechanics) at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Otherwise, the latest version always lives at this URL. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
